One username for each investment identity

Several investors can share one email address — a husband and wife, or a family and their company. Investments are identified by the identification number, not by the email address, so each ID number, company registration number or trust number needs its own username. If you hold investments under more than one of these, register once for each with a different username. You may use the same email address every time.

Between 3 and 30 characters. Letters and numbers, and you may use a dot, dash or underscore. Start with a letter or a number, and no spaces. This is what you sign in with, so choose something you will remember.
At least 7 characters. It cannot contain your username, and cannot be something obvious like "password". Anything else is fine — a short phrase you will remember, such as two words and a number, works well.

We send a confirmation code whether or not we find a matching record. This is deliberate: it means the portal never reveals whether a particular person, email address or investment exists.
